I just wanted to thank you for doing a fabulous job on the bridal shower cake. It is a daunting task to plan a bridal shower when all the planners live in another state. After our first phone conversation I knew we had found our baker. You did not disappoint! I'm not sure who was more pleased the bride or us. The beauty of the cake was second only to the taste. EVERYONE wanted to know who did the cake and the cookies were a lovely surprise. The only regret I have is that I did not have more of your cards available. Everyone loved the cake! Even the staff! We got to try them both. There was only a little left over and they said we could take it because most people were from out of town. Hi Maria,

Just wanted to thank you for the beautiful and delicious cakes. The waiter and the kitchen staff were even asking for a piece. Everyone just raved about the cakes and asked how did you find out about this place. When I told them from the Internet they were shocked. I let them know that through the correspondence that you and I had by e-mail was enough to give me the confidence that I needed to be able to trust you to make this a special day for my daughter. In fact, as I was driving back my daughter called me and said Mother what a wonderful shower thank you so much and the cakes were a great idea. She loved the color. She said that it reminded her of Tiffany boxes. Every Christmas I would try to buy her and her sister a little something from Tiffany's. But I told her not to expect anything from Tiffany's this year now that I have two son-in-laws and a grandson to buy for.

I am so excited that my mother discovered Maria! She has been a pleasure to work with through this process. I am kind of indecisive (and yet picky) but she has done everything she can to accommodate and humor me! She has made 2 different sample 6 cakes for us (one regular wedding cake with buttercream icing and then a carrot cake with cream cheese icing)  both of which were excellent! She also provided me with a gum paste orchid so that I could get a better idea of what decorations I wanted. The icing on both sample cakes was also quite impressive and beautiful. Maria went out of her way to meet with us at a time and location convenient to me, which I greatly appreciated as I currently live a couple of hours away and only make it to the Atlanta area a few days a month. I cant wait to try my cake this June! I would highly recommend Maria to anyone looking for a wedding cake or cake for some other special occasion! Thanks Maria!

Maria, You really saved the day for our wedding, truly a GOD send I must admit.

From the tester cake to the final day of the cake we chose for the wedding day we couldn't have asked for anything better. Our guests are still talking about the cake and how good it was. The entire family agrees that we will be using once upon a cake for all our cake needs and telling all our friends and other family members to call Maria. (smile)

I was suppose to save some of the cake for a co-worker and when I looked around it was gone. That's how much I talked about Maria's cake.

True story, during the time that we were searching for a bakery to make our wedding cake we went to a total of three people including Maria. And hands down she had our vote from the first time I laid eyes on the cake.

I must say that her work showed from the time I opened the box for the tester cake. When a person cares about what they do it shows without fail.
