EEEK-- THE BUZZ LIGHTYEAR CAKE WAS A HIT HIT HIT!
Everyone went nuts when they saw the cake! And when they tasted it, they really went crazy. It tasted fantastic. A lot of cakes that LOOK good don't always taste as such. This cake was moist, deliciously sweet and very flavorful. The kids thought it was soo cool to be eating yummy green cake! And the mom's were all impressed, too, and asked for your information. We were truly pleased with our order and will be back for more cake. By the way, the ADORABLE matching cookies were a HUGE hit with the kids as well! They couldn't wait to eat them! EEEK! You guys are awesome!

Thank u so much for making Jaden a very very happy lil fella on his Birthday!! THe cake was GREAT...HE LOVED IT..(blow hole, white spot and everything!!). He didnt want to cut it so we cut the cupcakes instead (which were also sooooooo yum btw). But then finally he decided to wanted to see what Shamu tastes like and he cut it, insisted that he would eat the TAIL. Shamu is now almost devoured and whatever is left of him will be taken care of in then next 2 days!! :-)

Hi There Maria- I just wanted you to know that Michael's birthday cake was just a BIG hit it was unreal. Michael LOVED his cigar box cake and refused to cut it. Opting instead to freeze it so it will last. Some of the guess took pictures to show other people. But the cake was a major hit Thank you so much.

Maria, I can not thank you enough! Everyone absolutely loved the cake! I think it got more pictures taken of it than I did of me! It was last minute and while others said no, you gladly took it on and made it your own! The best thing is that not only was it incredibly beautiful, it was soooooooo tasty! It took us hours to cut it because no one wanted to mess it up but once we had a taste, that was it....it was DEVOURED!!! You have definitely earned a customer for life. I'm not going ANYWHERE else! Just wanted to thank you for the beautiful and delicious cakes. The waiter and the kitchen staff were even asking for a piece. Everyone just raved about the cakes and asked how did you find out about this place. When I told them from the Internet they were shocked. I let them know that through the correspondence that you and I had by e-mail was enough to give me the confidence that I needed to be able to trust you to make this a special day for my daughter. In fact, as I was driving back my daughter called me and said Mother what a wonderful shower thank you so much and the cakes were a great idea. She loved the color. She said that it reminded her of Tiffany boxes. Every Christmas I would try to buy her and her sister a little something from Tiffany's. But I told her not to expect anything from Tiffany's this year now that I have two son-in-laws and a grandson to buy for.
Again thank you for helping to make this a special Baby Shower for my daughter. Of course whenever we need a cake you will be the first one we will think of.

Oh Maria - I can't thank you and Robert enough for
the cake for Roger. It mean't so much to him and so
really made my day as well. It was so beautiful and
tasted so good - the only down side being he now has
a really big birthday cake tummy having consumed

The cake was a gift and I called Maria right away it was so beautiful.
Not your typical roses but beautiful calla lillies. I was very pleased!
The baby shower cake was adorable! I kept getting asked for the decorator's name. Moistest cake I've had yet! Maria set up the fairy baby shower cake at my house. She wouldn't let me see it until it was done. It was so pretty I cried. Then she explained how each fairy represented each of the granddaughters with my soon to be born baby on top. Everyone ooh and aahed over the cake.
Her cakes always taste delicious and I always look forward to the next one. You are guaranteed a great tasting, beautifully decorated cake. I've enjoyed Maria's cakes for years. Not only does she decorate with originality, but she offers a wide selection and most importantly, uses the best ingredients. Her chocolate raspberry cake with chocolate ganache is the best I've tasted, bar none. I'm always amazed at Maria's artisitc range; I've never seen her fail to come up with something inventive for any theme, no matter how unusual. The cake was delicious and absolutely beautiful and sparkly. The topper was a great keepsake. Thank you so much!

You really saved the day for our wedding, truly a GOD send I must
admit.
From the tester cake to the final day of the cake we chose for the
wedding day we couldn't have asked for anything better. Our guests are
still talking about the cake and how good it was. The entire family agrees
that we will be using once upon a cake for all our cake needs and
telling all our friends and other family members to call Maria. (smile) I
was suppose to save some of the cake for a co-worker and when I looked
around it was gone. That's how much I talked about Maria's cake.
True story, during the time that we were searching for a bakery to make
our wedding cake we went to a total of three people including Maria.
And hands down she had our vote from the first time I laid eyes on the
cake.
I must say that her work showed from the time I opened the box for the
tester cake. When a person cares about what they do it shows without
fail.
